I struggled all spring trying to find a program to do this and had it all along on my laptop. In this case, teaching students to critical view the Internet resources. Triangulation with multiple clue lists as well as a link to a "crap dectector" page (quote from Hemingway), were very helpful. Blogger was easy to use once I took the time to look around (after reading the directions), and found the items named in the directions!  The hardest part was figuring out where to add the html code for the avatar.  It took me a while and after a few trial runs, I was able to add my avatar!
